CEX.IO is getting very popular to exchange cryptocurrencies quickly and very easily. But there isn't any "instant" place where to buy Bitcoins true? Now yes!

CEX.IO enables it's BETA release with FIAT currencies (USD currently). You just need to complete the profile and request a BETA invitation. We have to give our passport or national ID but we can trade FIAT currencies with more ease.

There are new tabs:

Actually it doesn't have value but it will soon have a value.

ViralDogecoins: Earn Dogecoins with referrals!

Nice faucet from Ownc0d3r, a member from HackForums. You earn some Dogecoins with just referrals. It's very easy to get them. An example will be this:
http://viraldogecoins.tk/?ref=XuLquH5ab

Not needed to complete captchas, just referrals! 20 referrals equals to 3 dogecoins. So let's do a calculation:

1000 referrals (visit to the website) = 150 DOGES

So it's profitable, isn't it? Vouch for it.

BITCOIN RAISING +500$

Today at 24/May the Bitcoin raised +520$ of value. That started some days ago when the price of Bitcoin came from 450$ more or less to 500$. Be aware of any value and exchange as soon as possible!

You can see the current value on the left gadget.

Let's see if Bitcoin raises 1000$ again!
Good luck.

BinBox: Forget about BitBin!

BINBOX

BinBox is a great website to share and earn with your pastes. Easier than BitBin, it pays you a lot more than BitBin.

BinBox pays actually 5$ each 1000 clicks. In BitBin they just pay you 0.00003 (with luck) which is more or less 0.06$.

Why this difference? BinBox earns with the ads. You need to solve a captcha to see the paste. But it's much better than BitBin.

The first time I saw BinBox was with a paste. I thought it just pays with PayPal or some kind of system. But I saw it also pays with Bitcoin although it's very hidden.

I don't know if they really pay. Let's get some views and see if they pay ;)

280M DOGE hack leaves one of the most important wallet unuseful

Yeah, 280 million dogecoins were stolen by the hack of DogeVault. A new message from the admin shows the truth.

The main problem of this kind of wallets is that the private key is saved on their server so if anyone hacks it, anyone can transfer those dogecoins.

New message:

Announcement

We regret to announce that on the 11th of May, attackers compromised the Doge Vault online wallet service resulting in wallet funds being stolen.

After salvaging our wallet we have ascertained that around 280 million Dogecoins were taken in the attack, out of a total balance of 400 million kept in our hot wallet. 120 million Dogecoins have been since recovered and transferred to an address under our control.

It is believed the attacker gained access to the node on which Doge Vault’s virtual machines were stored, providing them with full access to our systems. It is likely our database was also exposed containing user account information; passwords were stored using a strong one-way hashing algorithm.

All private keys for addresses are presumed compromised, please do not transfer any funds to Doge Vault addresses.

We will make every effort to refund all recovered Dogecoins to users. More information on this will be released along with further information on the attack after we have completed our investigation.

Email support@dogevault.com for any enquiries, please hold off submitting any claims for the recovered Dogecoins at this time. If you are looking for a lightweight Dogecoin client that is secure and easy to use, we recommend installing MultiDoge.

All of this message says the problem we have now...

FishBitFish: New Bitcoin game!

Nice Bitcoin betting game. FishBitFish is a very easy game. The rules are easy: You just choose a fish. Then you send any amount of Bitcoins to the address provided by the web. When the round is end (12 hours each) the amount is checked and if you bet the higher fish then you return your invested BTC and also a free jackpot.

The images and the name are very funny. The name becomes from Fish[Bitcoin]Fish but one eats the other so FishBitFish.

Features:
-Very easy to play: No complicated rules as many games.
-No dice: This game isn't a dice game. It's just to see who invests more on a fish. It seems like a children game.
-Nice reward: If your fish is the winner you earn the worth of the other fish and the jackpot (0.003 BTC between each person who bet that fish).
-No ads: Nice reward with no ads.

Disadvantages:
-It takes a little fee: to cover the jackpot's prize. Just the 2% of your bet.

Want to play it? You can! It's easy.

DogeVault: A hack to this online wallet shows why you should never use online wallets

One of the most important Dogecoin online wallet has been hacked the 11th of May. As the admin says:
On the 11th of May, the Doge Vault online wallet service was compromised by attackers, resulting in a service disruption and tampering with wallet funds.

As soon as the administrator of Doge Vault was alerted, the service was halted. The attackers had already accessed and destroyed all data on the hosted virtual machines.

We are currently in the process of identifying the extent of the attack and potential impact on user's funds. This involves salvaging existing wallet data from an off-site backup. We will also closely be investigating potential attack vectors, and determining the security breach which enabled the attacker's to compromise the service.

Please do not transfer any funds to Doge Vault addresses while our investigation is under way.

Thank you for your patience - we will issue an additional statement including our findings and plan of action within the next 24-48 hours.

Email support@dogevault.com for any enquiries.

Doge Vault.
As we also knew with inputs.io this also shows us that storing virtual coins on online wallets is a better way to store Dogecoins but not very secure. I have to say I used this wallet and I actually don't know if my doges are stolen. I will inform you when I got more information.

StrongCoin: Nice digital wallet

StrongCoin is a very nice online wallet I just discovered. I see it has many advantages compared to the classic BlockChain.info.

I saw this advantages:
-It keeps you informed about how many BTC have you got and the conversion between USD and BTC.
-It doesn't log you off when you click on the main page (in BlockChain.info it happens I hate that).
-You can earn BTC and have referees to earn some cash.
-Cool design in red.

Disadvantages:
-It just has 2 translations (English and German).
-You can't import private keys from another address.

Looking good no? I sent all my money to that wallet. Let's see if they don't steal my BTC :P

Best Bitcoin faucets!

The best collection of all Bitcoin faucets! Only worth faucets.

BEST FAUCETS:

Best faucet ever. Gives you free bit coin each hour and the best thing is the multiplier x2. You can convert 0.00005 BTC to 0.0001 BTC! Amazing faucet.

Earn from 400 to 2000 Satoshis with Microwallet.org. Nice faucet.

3: CoinAd

View some ads and earn up to 0.15 mBTC (0.00015 BTC). Great web.

I just use this 3 because they are the best.

Reasons why you shouldn't waste your time on Microwallet/CoinBox faucets

As you know, Bitcoin faucets gives you free bitcoins (if you don't know what's a faucet check this).

We should say: Faucet gives you a very small piece of a Bitcoin known as Satoshi (a Satoshi is 0.00000001 BTC). Many faucets say "Earn free bitcoins!" or "Spend them in gold" or  some phrases saying you will be rich with that. But, nobody gives a high amount of money for free just solving a captcha.

Faucets earn money with that kind of people who solves this captcha. The advertising gives them more BTC than the Bitcoins they will give.

Conclusion: Don't waste your time on stupid faucets! Just use this:

-FreeBitco.in

The only that is the best. I got up to 0.003 BTC for free.

Enjoy Bitcoins!

What is Bitcoin? [EASY ANSWER]

Many people ask me what is Bitcoin and where do they come from. Let's explain it as easy as I could.

Bitcoin is a P2P currency. P2P means peer-2-peer. P2P transfer something to someone without any system between those person. Bitcoin is not like the normal money. It doesn't have any owner only a creator: Satoshi Nakamoto.

Bitcoins are in blocks. Each block has a reward. Instead of working to earn normal money like dollars or euros, you mine them. Mining is the process you "break" the blocks of Bitcoins to earn them. To break them you need to use your computer to solve tons of maths operations. When you break that block, you earn the reward. But it's not that easy. As Bitcoin network is very popular, the blocks are not easy to mine. In the beginning the people used the CPU to break it. When it got more difficult, they used the GPU. Then Bitcoin got very difficult and they discovered the ASICs for SHA256. It mines at a great performance and it's not a huge waste of electricity.

But this is very technical. The easy this is:

[BLOCK] -> You break it solving SHA256 -> You earn.

The value of Bitcoins depends of:
-People using it (and investors)
-Difficulty to earn them.
-Number of coins

When you do a PayPal transaction, you need to pay taxes and fees. This means it's controlled by governments. Bitcoin is different. Bitcoin has servers. BUT your currency can't be stolen.

Cryptocurrency it's made with crypto from "cryptography" (similar to encryption) and currency.
It's named cryptocurrency because it uses SHA256 for mining and for the transaction's ID.

They are secure. They are signed each one and can be divided into parts (min. 0.00000001).
They cannot be multiplied. They are signed and there will be only 29.000.000.

There are also other kind of measurement for Bitcoins:
-mBTC: 0.001 BTC
-uBTC: 0.000001 BTC
-Satoshi: 0.0000001 BTC

The minimum transaction without paying high fees is 0.00005500BTC .

How do people earn Bitcoins without doing anything?

Earning Bitcoins for anyone who is starting with this new world is difficult to earn your his/her first Bitcoins (or better said his first uBTC).

Actually nobody gives more than 0.00001 BTC if you don't do anything for earning that.

So, how do people earn from faucets/PTC sites without doing anything? The key is on referral programs. A referred people is a person who came to a website because some friend or some person invited him. The faucets and PTC like Freebitco.in and CoinAd.com gives you Bitcoins from the referrals.

For example, on CoinAd you get from 10% to 20% from the earnings of your affiliated people. on FreeBitco.in you earn the 50% of the earnings from your referrals!!

To get referrals is not an easy task if you don't have a popular website. So the people advertise on other webs with the faucet site and it's referral. They earn more with the referrals than the advertisement cost.

Once you have your ad set up you can relax and see how the Bitcoins come to you. The bad part of this is the poor people who clicks the ads and use the referrals. They work for others basicly.

I'm not saying referral program is bad. But you shouldn't register on a website with a referral link if you don't know who is the person.

Best advertising sites to earn Bitcoins!

One of the best things to earn Bitcoins is to create a website and put ads on it. It gives you a great amount of Bitcoins. Unlucky your website needs to be a good web.

The best I found were:

-Operation Fabulous: The one I'm using. The advertisers create campaigns on your web. Allows you to choose the kind of advertisement and the ads.

-CoinURL: Generic ads for anyone. They have a very strict policy. They don't accept faucets, blogs, web monetization, etc. You earn a lot.

-Anonymous Ads (a-ads): Anonymous advertising platform. Need campaigns.

Probably the advertising is not the best way to earn money. To promote your website you need to advertise too on other pages that have popularity. For example, use the PPV system to promote your web. Using referrals also help to earn a commission.

CoinURL or Coin-Ads? Which is the best?

Which is the best? CoinURL or Coin-Ads?

Those are websites offering shortening services and they pay you for each click. In both, the minimum cashout is 5 mBTC (which is a lot if your link is not popular).

Which pays more? CoinURL pays 0.00000050 minimum each click. Coin-Ads pays you 0.00000200 BTC each click.

Which is the best? CoinURL, in my opinion, is better about the design, functions, etc. Coin-Ads is good but doesn't offer many information.

About the user's vision, I think is much better CoinURL because you don't need to wait a lot of time to visit the link.
Coin-Ads pays more but you need to wait longer.

Which do I prefer? I use both :P

QoinPro - Easy way to earn some cryptocurrencies

Ever wanted to earn Bitcoins, LiteCoins, FedoraCoins, etc without doing ANYTHING?

Amazing site to earn a little of your favorite cryptocurrency! You earn 0.00000001125 BTC each day without doing anything.

But you learn more coins too. Nice website no?

FreeBitco.in - Nice way to earn your first Bitcoins

Freebitco.in is a great way to earn your first Bitcoins. You just register with your BTC address. Then you enter a captcha and you earn 0.00000461 BTC each hour (minimum, you can earn more!).

The key is the same as in all dice games: you have a client seed and the server generates another one (you cannot see it as it's hashed with SHA256). Then it gets the SHA of those with other number.

But anyway, you're here to earn Bitcoins! Just press ROLL button and start earning. This is the best way I saw to earn BTC for free (and also CoinAd).

How to generate a vanity address for any cryptocurrency?

Hello! Today I show how to generate your own custom/vanity Bitcoin, LiteCoin, DogeCoin, etc with the prefix you want.

Let's start with a small explaining.

For generating a custom address (for example 1SaMPLE2gbGu8HJv37hdwzreNuq7Vubksq) you need to bruteforce the private key. You have the public key (which is the address you want) but you don't know the private key.

The program we will use is VanityGen (download clicking it). VanityGen will use the CPU (or the GPU if you use other version) for bruteforcing it.

Once you downloaded it you need to use the commandline and put:
vanitygen.exe 1(Whatever you want)
Remember that in Bitcoin the adresses starts always with 1.

The difficulty depends of the number of chars it has after the 1. If it has 5 or more it's difficult to do that with CPU. Use GPU instead for that calculations (use oclvanitygen.exe instead for that).

Well but I want to generate it for LiteCoin, DogeCoin, or even RabbitCoin! No problem. First you need to get a sample address of your currency. Then go to
http://darkgamex.ch:2751/q/decode_address/ + HERE PUT THE WALLET.
For example: http://darkgamex.ch:2751/q/decode_address/DDfkpuHCCTRiUcQ7QqhoyowRebvmKDVdDe For DogeCoin.

You will see 1e at the beginning. Now convert it to Decimal: 30 (you can use this web).

Right! Now run vanitygen.exe with this commandline:

vanitygen.exe -X [HERE THE DECIMAL YOU GOT] [Prefix of the coin][AnyThing]
Practical Example: vanitygen.exe -X 30 DSample

For other coins it will be the same process.
Here I give some details for coins:

-DogeCoin: vanitygen.exe -X 30 D[YOUR VANITY]
-LiteCoin: vanitygen.exe -X 48 L[YOUR VANITY]
-DopeCoin: vanitygen.exe -X 8 4[YOUR VANITY]

Enjoy!

Why are there so many crypto-currencies?

Hmm. A good question. Litecoin, Dogecoin, SlothCoin, FlappyCoin, SpainCoin, etc etc etc... Many names!

The main reason is easy: Bitcoin is OPEN SOURCE!
This basicly means that anyone can copy, edit or do anything with it. A big error. Or not?

Making it open source you allow to fix some bugs and adding new features (like KGW) or changing it's algorithm from SHA256 to Scrypt or SHA3 (for example).

Another good thing about making it open source is that you give all the reason why you should use that currency: there are no hidden codes or cheats from Bitcoin's authors.

The bad thing of this: there are a lot of stupid coins. Many jokes and just copy-paste Litecoin clons. Some of them looks promising but most of them are useless.

What do you think?

Which crypto-currency do you use?

Which cryptocurrency do you use? Fill our poll and let's see which wins! If you use any other please comment here!!

42coin value is actually 1000BTC (more or less 562.400$ each!)

It's not a joke! Extremely rare and valuable coin has appeared! Just 42 coins to be mined but they're very difficult to mine. Just the best computers can solve that!

If you discover one of this you can say: "I'm rich" :P. All of those coins (when they get mined) are 23.620.800 $. Wow.
The bad part of mine this is the high difficulty. There aren't any living faucet as they all got dried when it got that price.

Is it profitable? The answer will be NO even if you have a great computer. You will need at least a server or a really powerful computer.

So sad we can't mine it (we can but it's like saying impossible).

martes, 18 de marzo de 2014

Why you shouldn't mine Scrypt?

Today many coins are based on the Scrypt algorithm for their block finding process. But, why many people says it's not good?

Scrypt is a big algorithm because it was made for one thing: have a good difficulty to earn a reward.

So knowing some basics of this.... why is it bad?
If it's difficult, CPU, GPU or ASICS need to make a lot of hashes to get at least a good quantity of khash per second. So it means your hardware can get damaged as it tries to get the same hash rate as SHA which is more light to generate.

That means basicly that you need to use SHA256//Keccak's based coins if you want to keep your GPU usable. Example of coins that uses SHA:

-SlothCoin (SHA3 aka Keccak)
-Bitcoin (SHA256)
-RainbowCoin (SHA256)
-DEM (SHA256)
-TigerCoin (SHA256)
-WeAreSatoshi (SHA256)

Conclusion: Mine SHA

Enjoy mining SHA!

What is a crypto-currency faucet?

Faucets (also known as water-bowls or taps) are websites that provides free crypto-currency's coins. They give you a small amount of your desired coin.

With big coins, the small amounts need to pay fees. To avoid fees they keep some of your amount into temporal wallets online and when they reach some quantity (with Bitcoins is more or less 0.00005500 BTC) they send you the currency.

And why do the people give free money? Faucet's owners cover the costs with ads. Many people come to earn free BTC, LTC, DOGE, ...

Faucets are a good way to let people use crypto-currencies. So please don't abuse them!

There are different types of faucets. Some faucets give you free coins just clicking a button. Other faucets give you coins viewing ads or playing the "ROLL Game".

There are hundreds of them. Just search in this blog for your favourite crypto-currency and you will see some faucets. Or in Google put "AnyCoin Faucet".

LiteCoin is the future! See how to earn LTC

LiteCoin actually is one of the most famous crypto-currencies in the world. After Bitcoin's failure of making just 29.000.000 now LTC and Scrypt based coins don't have this error!

Why LiteCoin? LiteCoin's value actually is ~17$. Starting in 2011 now this Scrypt based coin looks really promising. Bitcoin is actually "impossible" basicly to generate but what about this coin?

LiteCoin has 84.000.000 of coins. This means it's much easier to generate than BTC and each block has 50 LTC.

So, once you got the wallet and some wallet identifiers now what?
Like many cryptocurrencies, there are "faucets" which are websites that gives you free LTC or DOGES or RBBT or any coin!
Mostly they give you a normal amount of cash depending on the dificulty and how many coins are already mined.

I will give here some ways to earn LTC.

1- Earn LiteCoin mining

LiteCoin mining actually is easy. Not as easy as RabbitCoin but not as difficult as Bitcoin.
LiteCoin uses Scrypt so we need to use a Scrypt miner. If you have nVidia you can use Cudaminer but if you have AMD you can use cgminer or guiminer.

Now, you need to join a pool. Solo-mining is like doing nothing if you don't have a good computer. I like to use hypernova.pw. It has a nice interface and it's very profitable. I got 0.00156133 LTC in 15 mins with a GTX 680 (although nVidia graphic cards are really bad for mining). If you have an AMD graphic card it will go faster don't worry.

Register on any pool you want and then set up your miner with your worker/s and password.

2- Earn LiteCoin with faucets (not many profit)

LTC4You.com - Earn 2 uLTC (it can be more but it's very difficult) each 1 hour.

litecoin.altcoinfaucet.net - Earn 0.00000001 LTC.

As you see, mining is much profitable than faucets.

Good luck with LTC!

Slothcoin - The new future coin?

I recenly checked for new coins and saw an interesting one. It's called SlothCoin (Sloth) and launch will be the 17th of March. Sounds interesting? Let's read the specifications.

-The algorithm is SHA3 (not Scrypt like all coins).
-There are 100,000,000,000 coins (a lot!)

As they say:

To become a succesful currency, it has to be open to anyone and everyone. SHA3 gives us this opportunity. The SHA3 encryption algorithm is still in it's early stages and a lot of experimenting is done with it. SHA3 has proven to equalize the line between nVida and AMD video cards, to use less energy for more hashing power and to be more secure in encrypting transactions. These things are all great but, there are 2 other major advantages to SHA3.
There are no multipools currently hashing on SHA3, as it is inefficient because there are too few SHA3 coins.
There are currently no ASICS for SHA3 in development.
These 2 advantages will give us a currency that is open to anyone and a currency open to anyone will bring a lot of people into the cryptocurrency world. Whether they are here for the fun or here to make money, everyone is welcome.

SHA3 is a fast algorithm. It's easy to create them instead of crash your nVidia or AMD graphic card for solving Scrypt.

The reward system is:

Block 1-100:                              10,000 Sloth
Block 100-100,000:                     500,000 Sloth
Block 100,000-200,000:            250,000 Sloth
Block 200,000-300,000:             125,000 Sloth
Block 300,000-400,000:               62,500 Sloth
Block 400,000-500,000:               31,250 Sloth
Block 500,000-600,000:                15,625 Sloth

Looking nice. Let's wait for the launch!

Are you interested in DogeCoin?

DogeCoin is a new crypto currency founded in December of 2013 which was a joke about Bitcoin!

Actually it got a value but it's not too much but in Doge we truth and it will sure get the same value as BTC!

Once you got a wallet now you may say: What do I have to do to get any of them?

1- Earn Dogecoins with faucets

Like in Bitcoin or another crypto currency, you can get free of that coin with faucets. If you don't know what's a faucet, a faucet is a free website that gives you free coins of any crypto currency you've chosen.

Here you have an updated list of dogecoin faucets which are not dry:

www.dogefaucet.com - Pays more or less 1.5 DOGES.
www.indogewetrust.com - Pays 1.5 DOGES + "install gentoo" promo code 0.79 DOGES
- cryptobucket.com/dogecoin_faucet.php - Weekly payouts
- www.cryptospout.com/faucet.php?coin=DOGE - Pays 5 DOGES.

They accept some payouts from the same dogecoin address but they don't pay if you do that many times (at least for me).

2- Earn Dogecoins mining

Mining is quite difficult if you don't have a good GPU, CPU or ASIC for Scrypt. But you can do it too. First download a miner:

- If you have NVIDIA use cudaminer.
- If you have AMD use GUIMiner.
- If you want to use the CPU use CPUMINER.

After you downloaded one, you need to choose a pool. There are many but I like to use HashFaster's DogeCoin Pool.
You need to sign up for an account and then go to Getting started for the command line and the stratum, port and workers.

You also need to create at least a worker.

WARNING: If your computer doesn't have a good ventilation it may cause overheat and permanent damages. Please be careful.

That's all! DogeCoin stills not having an advertisement system to earn viewing them.

To the moon!

Bitcoin Plus - Earn Bitcoins mining online

Mining BTC actually is really difficult to get the right algorithm. Many people are trying to get at least 0.000001 BTC but it's very difficult.

But, why not doing it online? Easy as clicking a button.

BITCOIN PLUS

Mine BTC online with this website. It uses the CPU to generate the algorithm in their pool. The fee is 7%.

Their website is really easy to use and it just takes a bit of the CPU performance because any other miner can damage your CPU. But this website doesn't.

What's the best?

- Really easy to use.
- You can mine for others without any registration (like workers).
- There is a progress bar which says you the estimated time to get the profit.

What's the worst?

- Actually any of the Bitcoin pools or miners aren't profitable and the value won't increase so it's a waste of electricity.
- The bit coin payout for each block is very very very low.

Looking good no? Let's start mining!

PiggyCoin - The children's coin

Well, as you sure know, there are tons of new cryptocurrencies based on Scrypt algorithm (LiteCoin or DogeCoin project based mainly). Most of them aren't going to be used or mined. But this coin is different.

PiggyCoin is the coin for the children. This is what the creators says. The mining is quite easy I generated a lot in a second.
The problem of this coin is the purpose. I don't think is good that a 5th years old child manages the money like that if this takes some value.

PiggyCoin is another of the hundrends there are or it's an innovation? Comment it!

Easy to earn. You just insert your address and you see an ad for 2 mins. You earn ~0.0024 mBTC for each ad.

2. Earn Bitcoins with faucets

A faucet or a water bowl is a website that provides a small amount of Bitcoins. Most of them are processed with CoinBox.me and when you earn 0.00005500 BTC then it transfers automatically your Bitcoins to your account.

Most are based on the same script so you can use a bot and just put the reCAPTCHA. But here is the list. I divided them in 2 groups: Using CoinBox.me or using bitchest.me.
